The safety protection of generator operation by variable pitch

The safety protection of wind turbines is not good, and the impellers will turn faster and faster when there is a strong wind, which will eventually cause the generator to burn out. Once the generator burns out, the impeller will stop rotating. Our company has independently developed and launched a wind turbine system with generator power variable pitch, which has been operating safely in the market for many years, running well, and there has been no burn-in accident. At the rated speed of the wind turbine, once the rated speed is exceeded during operation, its own magnetic resistance torque will force the blades of the wind turbine to change pitch (feathering pitch mode), and adjust the speed to achieve a stable output power of the generator. At present, our company has launched a total of horizontal axis reluctance variable pitch wind turbines: 3kw, 5kw, 15kw, 10kw, 20kw, 30kw, 50kw, 60kw, 75kw, 100kw and other series of products. 1.3 Advantages

1. It adopts direct-drive permanent magnet generator, high-efficiency rare earth materials, and the shell is made of carbon steel.
