Overview

At present, the vertical axis wind turbine in the market is a mixed bag of fish and dragon, with a wide variety of types. In practical applications, the efficiency is basically extremely low, and there are also safety issues in operation. The rotation mode of a vertical axis wind turbine is different from that of a horizontal axis. The rotation of the blades will damage the wind force themselves, resulting in a reaction force and extremely low power generation efficiency.

Our company has introduced a vertical axis that can rotate and revolve. During operation, the blades of this model can rotate themselves, and the entire impeller rotates around the center in a circular mode, effectively avoiding reverse forces caused by impeller rotation and wind direction. There is no reverse force or related resistance, thus greatly improving the efficiency of power generation.

2. Low speed, low noise, strong resistance to strong winds, and high safety factor. Due to the use of resistance type blades, the operating speed will never exceed the speed of the wind during operation. When the blade speed ratio is 0.7, it will operate safely at a wind speed of 30m/s.

3. The mechanical structure is reasonable and the failure rate is low.

4. The blade assembly can achieve self rotation and revolution, without causing wind resistance during operation and affecting power generation.
